Our History…
Florida Beach Rentals started in 2004 as a small real estate office taking care of personally owned property. As time went on other property owners noticed the response from visitors coming to the Clearwater Beach area and started making inquiries as to how we could fill their empty units as well. The business grew from personal property management to professional vacation rental management and guest services. Over the last five years the company has doubled in business each and every year despite economic downturns and continues to grow at the same speed today.
Why we started our business…
The reason we started this business was the need to fill vacancies in our own properties. This led to a need for a professional vacation rental management company in Clearwater Beach. As time went on, owners of condo and houses on the neighboring beaches began to call for our services in their areas as well. Now we have over 500 units in our inventory all along the Central Gulf Coast and as far away as Key Largo.
